Imagination Station: Building Connections Between Mental & Physical Creativity
A 4-Week Live Online Series
Move your body, engage your mind, and rediscover the power of play in this unique 4-week class experience. This series is all about exchanging rigid movement routines or ingrained movement patterns for a bit of creative magic.
Series runs for 4 Wednesdays:
May 13 - June 3
5:30-6:30pm
$120 for all 4 sessions
You’ll leave each session feeling stronger, more open, and deeply stretched—but the way we get there might surprise you. We’re using the “sneaky fun” method – hiding the good stuff (strength, mobility and deep stretches) inside layers of curiosity and play.
This series blends evidence-based mental imagery with effective movement practices to help you reconnect with your body in a way that feels natural and even a little playful. By using mental imagery and visualization, we’ll help your body unlock new ranges of motion without the “overthinking”.
In a world that’s constantly screaming “hurry up!” this is your invitation to slow down and listen to what your body has to say. We’ll use imagery not just for movement, but for calming the mind, focusing attention, and creating a sense of internal stability.
Each session provides an hour of supportive, full-body movement for both body and mind, along with practical techniques you can return to anytime you need to reset, refocus, or recharge.
This series is shaped by a unique blend of experience in Pilates, music, self-myofascial release, and somatic education—bringing together structure, creativity, and embodied learning.
What you’ll gain:
Get stronger and more mobile while your brain is exploring vivid sensations and new playscapes
Master the art of resetting your mood with simple imagery based tools you can use whenever you need a recharge
Creative, imagery-based approaches to movement
A renewed sense of play and curiosity in your practice
Props needed:
Massage balls or tennis balls
A stretchy resistance band (such as a theraband)
Come explore, imagine, and move in new ways—you might be surprised at what your body already knows.
