Find Your Footing: Balance Training and Mobility For a Creative Life

A 4-Week Live Online Series

Improve your balance, mobility, and confidence. Join the 4-week interactive journey designed to help you trade in that “oops I’m clumsy” feeling for confidence, grace and a whole lot of ease. 

Series runs for 4 Tuesdays:

May 19 - June 9

11:30am - 12:30pm EDT

$120 for all 4 sessions

We’ll begin with simple, effective self-massage techniques using massage balls (your new favorite tools!) to enhance mobility and sharpen proprioception—your body’s ability to sense where it is in space.

From there, we’ll build into Pilates-inspired balance exercises that strengthen the right muscles while supporting the function of your vestibular system. Along the way, you’ll learn practical anatomy through movement and develop a deeper connection to how your body works.

Balance isn’t something we can take for granted—it’s a skill we need to train and maintain throughout life. 

The Golden Rule of this series?! It’s 100% okay to wobble. In fact, I encourage it! Think of every sway as your body learning a new skill. This learning container is a supportive space where curiosity is the guest of honor and perfection is optional. 

In this series, you’ll gain:

  • Move with Moxie! Feel more independent and steady in your day-to-day

  • Playful stability: discover creative, fresh ways to approach building strength and balance

  • Cultivate a genuine sense of ease and fun every time you step, reach or turn

Because, let’s be honest, training your balance shouldn’t feel like a medical appointment. It’s time to find joy in movement.

Props needed:

  • Massage balls or tennis balls

  • A stretchy resistance band (such as a theraband)

Come explore, imagine, and move in new ways—you might be surprised at what your body already knows.
